ABOUT SSGF TECHNOLOGY

 

SSGF is the term which is coined with the first letters of the words - SAFE, SUSTAINABLE, GREEN & FAST, respectively. SSGF, a German technique is a combination of 12 construction technologies. SSGF technique ensures speedy construction which is two times faster & stronger than average construction speed. By using this technology building parts like panels, unit walls are mechanically produced in the factory in advance and then installed at site in a Lego way. With SSGF, a single floor can be finished in 4 days.
SSGF technique ensures 100 % safe homes which are inspired from Japanese earthquake proof housing technology.

SPEEDY CONSTRUCTION

Speedy construction, 2 times faster & stronger than average construction speed
  • To improve and optimize the traditional construction operations, different operations like the towers, exterior wall, Interior work, basement, and garden are all interspersed and carried out simultaneously ensuring the time and quality of each process.
  • The self-rising outer climbing frame, rises upward along with the building progress and the floor below can synchronously perform the interior decoration.
  • After the RCC work of the building is completed, the delivery conditions for complete interior finishing will be in less time compared to traditional construction method.

High-precision aluminium mould construction
  • The exterior wall uses high-precision aluminium mould to replace the traditional wood mould, aluminium mould construction controls error within 4mm (traditional wood mould error is generally controlled at 8mm-10mm, or even up to 20mm in worse cases).
  • The exterior wall made with aluminium mould is even and smooth and no plastering is required. The aluminium alloy formwork overcomes the limitations of the traditional formwork, the construction speed is fast, and the construction period is greatly shortened

  • The inner walls of the cast-in-place walls are densely packed with two-way reinforced steel connections and have higher seismic performance than ordinary houses.
  • 3 major quality problems like internal wall hollowing, wall cracking & rain leakage is fundamentally solved making the structure self – water proof.
  • The exterior wall is fully casted using steel and concrete once, without cracks, penetration, and it is more smooth and even.

1. Fully precast concrete walls

  • SSGF use rebar(steel bar) and concrete to make building parts, no gaps, more flatness, more tensile strength and earthquake proof at par with Japanese standards

2. Hydraulic Grooving

  • High pressure water gun apply on the concrete surface for grooving. It provides a rough, high-friction surface for fixing tiles more easily, enhancing gluing of wall surface and tiles, effectively avoiding fall-off of tiles and air gap in the walls
